Equal Breathing (Sama Vritti Pranayama)

Equal Breathing, known as Sama Vritti in Sanskrit.

This is a balancing and nervous system regulating practice. This practice is simple for beginners and easy to tap into no matter where you are or what you are doing.

Give it a try and utilize it anytime you feel stress or anxiety rising to the surface to take the edge off. After a few minutes of equal breathing, I hope you can move through the rest of your day feeling grounded, focused and calm.
